Create your league

Pick your sport, location, and start and end dates. Add age requirements and skill level if you want. Choose between a Free League (one-time $150 unlock) or a paid league that collects dues from players via Stripe.

Invite & build rosters

Share a join code, list publicly in Discover, or invite players directly. Assign players to teams and set jersey numbers.

Schedule & run games

Build the full season schedule with a few taps. Track every stat live during games — points, rebounds, assists, goals, whatever your sport needs. Generate playoff brackets automatically.

Manage everything from one app

Post announcements, message your league in chat, and collect dues through Stripe with payouts going to your linked bank account. Standings update automatically once a game is marked final, and player stats appear once stats are finalized.

Why we built it

Built by players, for players.

We've played in basketball and flag football leagues for years — and watched commissioners chase dues, lose track of stats, and run schedules out of clunky spreadsheets every single season.

It didn't make sense. Every league had the same problems, and every league was solving them with the same broken tools.

So in January 2026, we started building StatHoarder — the app we wished existed when we joined our first league.

Free League

No dues collection. One flat fee unlocks everything for the whole league.

$150 one-time

Paid once by the league commissioner. Every member gets full access — no per-player charges, no recurring fees.

With dues

Paid League

Collect dues from players directly through Stripe. Players pay the league fee — that's it.

6% platform fee per transaction

Plus standard Stripe processing fees (~3.4% + $0.30 per transaction). The commissioner absorbs all fees — players pay only what the commissioner sets.

If anyone absorbs a fee, it's the league admin — never the player. Players pay only what the commissioner sets.

Do I need to pay to start?
You can download the app for free and explore it. To run a league, the commissioner pays a one-time $150 fee that unlocks every feature for the entire league. No subscriptions, no per-player charges. If you'd rather collect dues from players instead, you can use the Paid League option with no upfront cost — only a 6% StatHoarder fee plus standard Stripe processing fees per dues transaction.
Which sports does StatHoarder support?
Right now: basketball, soccer, football, volleyball, baseball, hockey, tennis, cricket, and pickleball. Stat tracking is custom-tuned for each sport — basketball tracks points/rebounds/assists, soccer tracks goals/assists, etc. More sports are on the way. If your sport isn't listed, send us an email and we'll prioritize it.
How does collecting dues work?
League dues are processed through Stripe. When a player pays through the app, money goes directly to the commissioner's linked bank account — StatHoarder never holds your funds. The commissioner sets the price players see, and a 6% StatHoarder platform fee plus standard Stripe processing fees come out of the commissioner's cut. Players never pay extra.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor used by Amazon, Lyft, and Shopify. StatHoarder never sees or stores your full credit card numbers or bank account details — that's all handled by Stripe directly.
